National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) - a depository created in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the National Depository System and Features of Electronic Circulation of Securities in Ukraine" to ensure the functioning of a unified depository accounting system.
The agreement on the establishment of the National Depository of Ukraine was signed by the SCSSM and the NBU December 18, 1998. State registration took place on May 17, 1999.
The authorized capital of NDU is 103 million 200 thousand hryvnia. 25% of the shares are owned by the state, managed by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. In addition, 25% of NDU shares are owned by the National Bank of Ukraine.
