The training center of UNIFY specializes in delivering education in the field of telecommunications. The courses are aimed at professional training both for those acquiring a new profession and for employees who have been working in the telecommunications industry for a long time. The training programs include standard and specialized courses covering the most important aspects of new information transmission technologies, system design, installation, programming, and operation of systems adapted to customer requirements worldwide.
Among our clients are companies that form the backbone of the country’s and neighboring regions’ telecommunications infrastructure, communication operators, mobile operators, international corporations, as well as public and private enterprises. We train specialists in modern corporate communication solutions both at our training center in Kyiv and through on-site seminars. In December 2009, our training center (APT) was certified by the Professional Training Academy of UNIFY in Munich as a local training center in the field of enterprise networks and communication systems in Ukraine and became its official partner (LLC "InfoTelCommunications" - Certified Training Partner for Open Communications UNIFY Academy). The APT of InfoTel in Kyiv is part of the global UNIFY Academy network, which includes more than 20 countries, and is the only certified UNIFY training center in Ukraine in the field of enterprise communication systems with the right to issue official branded certificates. The training center (APT) provides various training programs for technical specialists, sales and project managers, and heads of IT and telecommunications departments in the field of enterprise communication systems based on OpenScape / HiPath switching equipment. It also participates in organizing exhibitions, seminars, presentations, and provides informational and consulting services.
At the base of our APT, there is the most modern switching equipment offered by Unify on the Ukrainian market and CIS countries, as well as equipment that has been in long-term operation at customer sites. The training classroom is equipped with computer networks and modern multimedia learning tools. Participants also have access to a rest room and cafeteria. Close cooperation with the Professional Training Academy in Munich allows continuous updating of course content and training materials as the latest equipment is introduced.
Classes are conducted by certified professional instructors and leading company specialists with extensive practical and methodological experience. Each participant receives training documentation with personalized watermarks indicating personal data (name, surname). Upon completion of the courses, participants receive an internationally recognized certificate with a unique identification number included in the global numbering system of UNIFY Academy training centers.
After completing the courses, graduates will have the opportunity to find employment in large, medium, and small companies where communication systems are installed. Existing specialists will be able to improve their qualification level and thus expand their range of tasks, which will lead to increased income.
