On September 11, 2020, Atos, an international expert in the field of digital transformation, announced the completion of the legal affiliation of the Unify company.
The management made a decision to reorganize the Unify Communications Limited Liability Company in the form of a merger with Atos IT Solutions and Services LLC. The process of legal registration of the association will be completed by the end of 2020.
