Certified ALE SIP devices belong to the Myriad series, including M3, M5, M7, and M8.
Product compatibility allows users to make and receive Teams calls on ALE SIP devices, ensuring seamless integration between business phones and cloud communications, as well as providing a unified communication experience while maximizing existing investments.
Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway supports simultaneous handling of multiple calls from compatible SIP devices. The addition of ALE Myriad series desk phones expands the range of available calling methods when using Teams.

- Join or invite other SIP users to Teams meetings using their ALE phones;
- Pause/resume and mute/unmute calls or conferences;
- Transfer/forward calls;
