Avaya and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise announce a strategic partnership to accelerate customers’ transition to cloud technologiesRaleigh-Durham, NC & Paris, France — March 30, 2022 — Avaya (NYSE: AVYA), a global leader in solutions for enhancing and simplifying communications and collaboration, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a leading international provider of communications, networking, and cloud solutions, today announced a strategic partnership that expands the availability of Avaya OneCloud CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) composable solutions to ALE’s global customer base, while also making ALE digital networking solutions available globally to Avaya customers.
As part of this partnership, ALE will offer Avaya OneCloud™ CCaaS, which provides ALE customers with advanced capabilities in artificial intelligence, identity and security, workforce engagement management (WEM), and customer experience services. Avaya will offer its customers ALE Digital Age Networking solutions, covering the full range of enterprise wired and wireless connectivity technologies with advanced cloud platform services, leveraging the latest developments in IoT analytics, digital workflows, secure mobility, and AI-driven network automation.
