Rainbow enables hybrid communications, such as connecting existing PBX systems to cloud services—including PBX systems from other vendors. Rainbow also provides a variety of analytics.
CPaaS is positioned as a platform for managing communication flows and integrating third-party applications. It offers open APIs that can be used, in particular, to connect PBXs from other manufacturers. This allows, for example, the resolution of a long-standing problem such as the lack of contact visibility: if contacts are on one PBX and the user is connected to another, it will be difficult for them to reach those contacts. When the PBX is connected to the cloud, the user can view them.
