VoCoVo Keypads

The VoCoVo Keypad with audio communication enables colleagues at tills or in customer service to request help and indicate the nature of their request with a single button press.

Pressing one of the configurable keys instantly generates an audio message that is broadcast to colleagues on the VoCoVo conference via their headset or handset. The message includes the location and type of request, making it easy to identify the need and respond accordingly.

Two-way communication with colleagues

VoCoVo Keypads have integrated audio, so colleagues providing assistance can call back to the keypad via full-duplex communication—eliminating the need to walk back and forth to the till. The ad-hoc messaging feature allows checkout colleagues to request help even when there is no dedicated button for it. Their short recorded message is broadcast to the VoCoVo conference.

VoCoVo Call Points

Designed for use with the VoCoVo Controller, the wireless VoCoVo Call Point enables customers to request assistance exactly where and when they need it. When the call button is pressed, an audio message is immediately generated and sent to support colleagues via their VoCoVo wireless device. The message includes the location where help is required.

Instant customer assistance

Deliver excellent on-demand customer service. Our contact points free your team to work productively on the shop floor and to support customers remotely—for example, at Click & Collect counters, customer service desks, or self-checkout areas. Answer customer questions quickly by enabling your team to respond remotely via the Call Point when they don’t need to be physically present.
