But all manufacturers have a device failure rate and no customer is insured against getting this percentage of malfunction.
In addition to the factory defect, there are many factors that affect the smooth operation of the device, as well as compliance with the established norms of operation:

Repair works can be performed in the following ways:
Directly at service-center:
- The client brings the defective device to the service center. The specialists of the service center take the device for repair, after a preliminary inspection, inform the client about the approximate date of the repair. After the repair, the ability to work on the repaired device is diagnosed and the client is informed that they are ready to deliver the repaired device. The client himself takes the device from the service center.
Visit client:
- Service center specialists go to the client's facility, diagnose malfunctions, change the software configuration, restore the ability to operate the device, replace components and / or modules in the presence of components. The client separately pays the cost of visiting a specialist facility and the cost of repairing the device.
